10 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast, diced1 cup diced celery.5 cup diced red apples (honeycrisp or such).5 cup halved grapes2 tbsps chopped pecans.25 cup mayo.25 cup plain greek-style yogurt.5 tsp chili powder.125 tsp ground coriander1 tsp granulated garlic1 tsp onion powder
Directions
toss all together, serve over salad greens or on low-cal bread for a filling sandwich
