Ingredients
Iceberg (or romaine) lettuce1/2 Tomato1/2 Cucumber1-2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar2 Tsp hot sauce2 Tbsp FF Italian dressingBlack pepperSpices (optional) (garlic powder, oregano, etc.)
Directions
Chop 2 tbsp onions, lettuce, and slice half a tomato. In a large bowl, mix the above ingredients with 2 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp fat-free Italian dressing, and hot sauce if you want the extra kick. Add pepper, garlic, basil, or oregano if desired.
