1 Cup Almond Milk1 Tbsp Vinegar1 Cup Cornmeal1 Cup Spelt1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Salt2 Tbsp Sugar 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven 180C
Combine Milk & Vinegar and let srand
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add milk mix and oil to dry mix
Spray muffin tins or 9 inch baking dish
Bake 25 to 30 minutes
