Mock Mashed Sweet Potatoes

4 C. diced Butternut squashabout 3-4 Tbl of brown sugar (more if you like more)1 C. potato flakes
Directions
Cook butternut squash until soft enough to mash with potato masher or mixer. Drain and then mash, adding brown sugar and potato flakes.
