Raspberry Lemone Granita

Ingredients
1 cup water2/3 cup sugar1/3 cup lemon juice2 packages raspberries (12 oz total)
Directions
heat water, sugar, and lemon juice until sugar desolves, transfer to a blender and add raspberries (I prefer to freeze mine first). Puree well.
If you don't like the seeds, strain them out (they have lots of pronutrients, so I leave mine in).
Freeze in a glass container for 90 minutes. Use a fork to 'scrap' small pieces off. The smaller the pieces flaked off the more like a restaurant dessert it will look like.
If I'm in a hurry, I just cut it into cubes. Tastes great either way.
