Overnight Crock Pot Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups low-fat milk2 tbsp honey (or 1/2 cup brown sugar)1 tbsp lite butter1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp cinnamon1 cup dry old fashioned oats1 cup apple, chopped (optional)1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
Spray inside of small slow cooker with non-fat cooking spray. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and pour into cooker. Cover and cook on low overnight, ideally no more than 6 hours or it will dry out. Stir well before serving.
