Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs.5 cup milk.5 cup yogurt2 Tbsp agave nectar1 Tbsp olive oil1 cup flour2 tsp baking powder.5 tsp saltextra seasoning as desired (cinnamon, vanilla, etc)
Directions
Mix eggs, milk, olive oil and agave nectar in medium bowl (with any additional wet flavoring ingredients like vanilla, lemon peel, etc), then add the dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, salt, and any additional dry flavorings you want (cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc). Mix well. Batter should be pourably thin. Cook in pan with a few drops of olive oil, on first side until the bubbles beging to pop, and then quickly on the other side.
