Healthier Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread

3 1/2 cup flour1 T cinnamon1 T nutmeg1 tsp ginger2 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp salt1 cup sugar1 cup stevia/sugar baking blend15 oz. canned pumpkin1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup applesauce2/3 cup water1 tsp vanilla extract2 large eggs1/2 cup egg substitute1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients, except chips. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Grease 2 large or 3 medium loaf pans. Divide batter between pans.
Bake 60 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: If using 2 large loaf pans, makes 24 slices.
