Quick Italian Sausage and Peppers Recipe

Ingredients
Italian Sausage, 1 lbGreen Pepper, 1 large, cubedRed Pepper, 1 large, cubedOnion (any type), 1 large, cubedMushrooms, 1 cup, slicedGarlic, 4 cloves, choppedOlive Oil, 2 tbspHunts Tomato Sauce, one 29 oz can
Directions
Saute peppers and onions in olive oil until tender. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook until both are soft. Add sausage and cook until it is no longer pink. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes (or longer).
