Ingredients
1 cup peeled and sliced applehalf cup of skim milk6 oz container of lowfat vanilla yogurt (I like to use greek but any works)2 tbsp dry oats1 tbsp creamy peanut butter1 tbsp cocoa powder1 packet of instant coffee (this adds my caffeine fix)1 big handful of fresh spinach. ice (optional, makes thicker and colder)
Directions
Whirl in a blender, enjoy.
