Fruity BBQ Chicken for Four

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces, raw and cubedBBQ Sauce (Kraft ) orig., 4 tbsp about 45 calories per 2 TBS servingFruit, Polaner All Fruit w/Fiber Peach (1Tb/18g), 72 gram (4 TBS)
Directions
Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium high heat on the stove. Add chicken and season with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Stirring occasionally, cooking for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the sauce with the all fruit and mix well.
Add sauce-preserves mixture to the skillet and stir to coat. Continue to cook for 5 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Serve it up and eat it up.
