Slidog's Stuffed Manicotti

*Ricotta cheese, fat-free, 16 oz (remove)*Breakstone's Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 2 cup (remove)Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove)*Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce (Garlic&Herb)(1/2c), 5 serving (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)Ronzoni Manicotti, 12 oz (remove)
cook manicotti about 8 mins. drain and cool
mix cheeses in bowl but save half the mozzarella for topping
add diced spinach and some italian seasonings to cheeses, after manicotti has cooled stuff each and place in baking dish pour sauce over and top with mozzarella , then cover and bake at 350 for 60 mins.
