Roasted Finglerling Potatoes

Ingredients
1 pkg. (1 1/2 pounds) Southwind Farms Fingerling Potatoes1 Tablespoon Olive Oil1 Teaspoon dried Rosemary1 Teaspoon dried Thyme2 teaspoons minced garlic1/2 teaspoon saltFreshly ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
Wash, dry and halve potatoes and place in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and toss to coat. Spread in single layer on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes until fork tender.
