Ingredients
Romain lettuce 3-4 leavesSpinach 7-10 leaves1/4 apple chopped1/4 yellow bell pepper chopped1/4 cucumber chopped1/8 c celery chopped1 stick of string cheese chopped1/8 c salsaground black pepperMaple Grove Farms of Vermont Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, 2 tbsp (remove)1/2 flour 8" tortilla2 tblsp hummus
Directions
Makes one dinner plate of salad
Break up romaine lettuce & put on plate with spinach leaves. Sprinkle the apple, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese. Top with Salsa, ground pepper & vinaigrette. Spread hummus on half a tortilla and cut in half, eat open or roll up. Enjoy. Snap! 278 calories
