vegan boiled dinner

Ingredients
minced garlic to taste (I use about 5 cloves)1 large onion diced4 stalks celery diced4 medium carrots peeled and sliced2 russet potatoes diced12 tsp seitenbacher broth powder10 cups of water2 cans butter beans (or your favorite beans)half a head of cabbage
Directions
combine garlic, onion, celery, carrots and potato in a large soup pot and saute in a little water until onions are translucent

add broth powder and water. cook until potatoes and carrots are tender

add butter beans and shredded cabbage until cabbage is crisp tender

salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: approximately 12 bowls
