quick bean tomato soup

Ingredients
2 cans of tomatoes2 cups of white beans (great northern)3 tbsp olive oil4 cloves of garlic2.5 cups low sodium chicken broth3 tbsp basil1 cup frozen peas
Directions
heat pan; add olive oil; when it is hot add chopped garlic and saute until getting brown. Add beans and broth and cook until simmering. Take out 1/2-3/4 beans and puree in blender. Add back to soup.

Add tomatoes, basil and at the end, peas. Simmer and serve with fresh grated parmesan cheese and a good bread.
