This recipe was simple to make and very delicious. My daughter and I both enjoyed it while my husband and son stuck with the fried Tilapia. I got to work on them..They really missed a treat - 11/30/11

I have been making this for years...I love Trader Joe's Fresh Salsa and I spray the pan with cooking spray then put 2 cups frozen spinach, top with tilapia then salsa - and bake serve over rice...healthy easy and delicious - 3/26/08
