Bean Free Turkey Chilli - cycle 1 of 17 day diet

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 pound ground turkey1 onion, chopped5 garlic cloves, minced2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 (14.5 ounce) can canned tomatoes1 (14.5 ounce) can canned tomatoes w/ diced chillies2 carrots, diced1 yellow pepper, diced1 red or orange pepper, diced1-2 tbsp chlili powder1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper1/2 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add turkey, onions and garlic to the pot, and cook until turkey is no longer pink and onions are tender and clear - about 15 minutes.

2. Add remainder of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
