Low Calorie Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Smart Balance Light Butter Spread1 Tbsp whole wheat flour1 cup chicken stock1/2 cup nonfat milk1/2 cup mushrooms, pieces or diced
Directions
1. Melt butter in saucepan, then add mushrooms.
2. Cook mushrooms until browned, then add flour.
3. Add stock and milk to mixture and continue cooking on medium heat for 10 minutes until soup is thickened.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving of soup
