Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 med bananas1 cup old-fashioned oats3 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk1/4 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp vanillaAdditions:bittersweet choco chips for garnish if desiredadditional milk to thin if heating later
Directions
Break up bananas in saucepan and cook over medium heat until lightly carmelized and smooth; 2 to 3 minutes. Add oats, cocoa, almond milk, sea salt and vanilla; cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Spoon into 3 covered containers and top with chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate.
