CREAMY SHOEPeG CORN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 can french style green beans1 small can shoepeg corn.5 cup reduced fat or fat free sour creampepper to tastesalt to taste1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken, reduced fat or fat free1 handful of shredded cheeseabout 15 reduced fat ritz crackers.25 cup unsalted butter
Directions
Preaheat oven to 350. Add all ingredients together and add pepper and a dash of salt to taste. Place mixture in small casserole dish. Melt 1/4 cup butter. Smash Reduced fat ritz crackers in a small ziploc bag and sprinkle over the casserole. Drizzle melted butter over the crackers. Bake until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
