Oatmeal and Tillers' Sorghum Molasses Cookies

Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon organic cinnamon2 cups old fashioned oatmeal (dry)1/2 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup plum amazins (diced dried plums)1 1/4 cup white, cane sugar2 eggs6 tablespoons sorghum molasses1/2 cup butter (salted ok)
Directions
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and molasses. Stir-in dry ingredients (you can premix them in another bowl, but I never bother). Add fruit and nuts. Drop on spray cookie sheets. Bake at ONLY 325 for about 12 minutes. Let sit on sheet for a few minutes before removing, but do not let them fully harden onto the cookie sheet either.
