3 lb Beef chuck roast 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 c. Red Wine1 large onion-finely chopped 2 T. dried Parsley 1 Garlic clove, crushed1 t. Salt 3 medium potatoes, peeled and halved 3 Carrots( 7" long), peeled and cut each into 3 pieces
Brown meat in Dutch oven. In a separate bowl, blend soup and wine. Add onion, parsley, salt pepper,and garlic to mixture. pour over meat and bake at 325 for 5 hours. Add potatoes and carrots the last hour.
