Chipolte Chicken Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1tsp chipolte chili powder1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp dried minced onion1/2 tsp cumin1/4 tsp cayenne pepperdash of oregano1 pound ground chicken breast1/2 an onion chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1 tsp olive oil15 oz can of black beans, drained and rinsed14.5 oz can of tex mex style diced tomatoes
Directions
In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Heat olive oil in a dutch oven, add pepper, onion and chicken. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cook until chicken is done. Add beans and tomatoes, simmer until heated through. If desired serve with a dollop of fat free sour cream and a hand full of reduced fat cheese.
