High Protein Crustless Cheese Cake

Ingredients
24 oz. fat-free cream cheese2 scoops whey protein powder(Vanilla was reccomended, but I just had great success with banana flavored)3/4 cup stevia1 T Vanilla extract3 eggs1 tbsp. lemon juicebaking sprayOpt- (not in nutritional info)Granola ToppingFruit topping
Directions
Add cream cheese to microwavable bowl
Microwave for :20 to make spreading easier
Add two scoops whey protein to bowl
Add 3 eggs
Add 3/4 cup truvia
Add 1 T vanilla Extract and 1T Lemon juice
Mix well

Spray 9 inch aluminum baking pan with non-stick spray
Spread cheese cake mixture in pan

Bake 45 min @ 300 degrees
Place in fridge for 2-4 hours to set

Add granola and banana/strawberry slices to top if you wish
Also sugar free syrups, make it interesting

Serving Size: Makes 8 slices @ 150 cals each without topping
