Baked Ziti (whole wheat pasta, ground chicken, skim milk cheese)

Ingredients
Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 4 cupMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz*Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 16 oz*Sauce, Pasta Sauce, Ragu Chunky Garden Style, Tomato, Basil and Italian Cheese, 8 servingChicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
Directions
boil penne in about 8 cups of water, once it is cooked, drain and mix in oregano and ricotta cheese with about 3/4 cup of milk.

in a frying pan, cook the ground chicken, drain, and aragu.

in a 9x12 casserole dish, layer sauce, the penne and ricotta, and then another layer of sauce. Spread mozzarella over top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
