non-dairy shrimp alfredo

Ingredients
4-6 small portobello mushrooms, thinly sliced2 tbsp. dry white wine1 small onion chopped2 garlic cloves, minced2 ½ cups cashew cream (made from 1cup raw cashews)1 tsp. lemon juice¼ tsp. onion powder¼ tsp. garlic powder¼ tsp. red pepper flakes1/8 tsp. nutmeg2 tbsp. nutritional yeastsalt and pepper to taste1 recipe of homemade pasta (2 eggs 1c white flour 1 c semolina flour)600 g cooked shrimp
Directions
Saute onions until starting to brown. Add mushrooms and garlic saute2-3 min. Deglaze with white wine then add all remaining ingredients. Bring slowly to boil until sauce thickens. Serve over freshly made pasta.
