pineapple pear coconut salad

Ingredients
1 can of pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice1 can of light pears sliced 1/3 of cup of Imperial Dragon coconut milk - comes in a can
Directions
Drain juice from pineapples and pears. Mix in a bowl. Pour 1/3 of a cup of the coconut milk over the top and mix it around. That's it. I was really surprised how well this tasted and glad I tried it out.

Makes 3 servings of a little more than a cup.
