Tex-Mex Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1 cup Broccoli slaw5 Portabella mushrooms 1 cup corn1 cup black beans drained3 Chicken breast no skin or fat1 cup low fat cheese 16 corn tortillas1 tbsp ButterSeason with your choice of seasoning I used roasted garlic and herb from grill mates.
Directions
Cook all ingredients except corn tortilla and cheese. Place 1 tbsp onto corn tortilla add cheese roll up place on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray and place in preheated oven at 400 degrees cook about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

Serving Size: 2 tortilla is one serving
