Upside down Nachos

Ingredients
2 lbs of Ground Chicken or Turkey2-3 cups of shredded cheese1-2 cans of Salsa Verde/Green Enchilada Sauce1 bag of tortilla chips1-2 cans of diced green chili 2 cups of chicken broth/stock
Directions
Brown ground turkey or chicken in skillet.
Once meat is browned add the can(s) of salsa verde and chicken stock and let simmer for about 10 min's
Add diced green chili (if desired or you can add it to the top once completed) After this cooking for about another 5 - 10 min's.
Transfer to a baking dish (9x13)
Place dollops of sour cream evenly across the top of mixture.
Smash up tortilla chips and scatter around the top.
Now add the cheese and place dish under brolier until cheese is melted.
