Sweet Potato Sausage Gumbo (Crockpot)

Ingredients
3 cans reduced sodium chicken broth (I use homemade)1 can diced tomatoes with onion, celery, and bell pepper1 pkg (13 oz) fully cooked andouille sausage sliced1 lg sweet potato peeled and diced into 1/2 " pcs1 box (7 oz) gumbo mix with rice
Directions
In a 4 qt slow cooker, stir together chicken broth, undrained tomatoes, sausage, sweet potato and gumbo mix until combined.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6-8 hrs or until sweet potatoes are cooked through
