Chicken & Wild Rice Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, 1 cup Prepared Mushrooms, cooked, 2 cup pieces Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup, shredded Cream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz), prepared Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices Olive Oil, 2 tbsp 2 cloves of garlic minced1/4 cup of white cooking wine (optional)
Directions
First Prepared Rice as directed and Thoroughly cook chicken when completely cooked and cooled slice and dice the chicken should make about 2 cups

Meanwhile when Rice and chicken are cooking; micro sliced carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes and set aside

In fry pan add olive oil heat and saute garlic and onion then add carrots and mushroom next add chicken with some salt, pepper, thyme, basil and parsley flakes. Last add beans and 1/4 cup of white cooking wine, simmer for 10 minutes

Meanwhile in large mixing bowl put cream of celery soup with half can of milk mix well with fork. Add the cheese and rice mix all well with a spoon. Add Chicken mixture and place all in a rectangle casserole dish top with Parmesan cheese
