2 lbs. beef (cubed)1/3 c. olive oil8 small onions-cut in half 1/2 tsp. oregano1/2 cup red wine or vinegargarlic1 bay leaf1 onion - quarteredSalt and Pepper to taste4 med. Tomatoes- quartered
Prepare marinade by mixing oil, wine, quartered oinion, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper. Add meat and vegetables. Refrigerate for two hours at least. Over night is better. Skewer and bake, broil, or grill. Serve over rice with homos and grape leaves if you have the time.
