Tuna Pizza

Ingredients
1 whole wheat flour tortilla (medium - 100calories)1/4 cup tomato sauce (or pizza sauce)3 oz tuna (canned in water / strained)1/2 oz of low fat mozzarella cheese1 tbsp light parmasan cheese1/4 cup green (or red) bell peppers, chopped1/4 cup onion, chopped
Directions
Smear the tomato (or pizza) sauce over the soft tortilla and then spread the tuna evenly over top.
Then, add the sliced/chopped vegetables over the pizza and add any other seasoning or spices you desire (salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, fresh garlic or garlic powder)
Sprinkle the cheese on top (both mozzarella and parmasan).
Place in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for about 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tortilla looks crispy.
