Ingredients
Beef Bouillon Concentrate, 1 tspBeef, t-bone steak, 4 ozRed Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedBay Leaf, 2Garlic, 3 clovesParsley, dried, 1 tspChili powder, .5 tspSalt, 2 tspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cupCarrots, raw, .5 cup, choppedGreen Beans (snap), .5 cupCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced
Directions
Combine meat, 2 tomatoes chopped, onion, garlic, seasonings and water in slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours. Add vegetables, cover and simmer for another hour.
