slow cooker potato minestrone

Ingredients
2 (14.5 oz) cans chicken broth1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes1 (16oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 (14.5oz) can beef broth2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes1 TBSP dried minced onion1 TBSP dried parsely1 tsp salt1tsp oregano1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp. dried marjoram1 (10oz) pkg, frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained2 cups frozen peas and carrots
Directions
yield: 12 servings
in a slow cooker combine the first 13 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours. Stir in the spinach and peas and carrots and heat through for the last 1/2 hour.
