Butter, salted, .5 cup Canola Oil, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 4 largeFlour, white, 3 cup Baking Powder, 3 tspSalt, .5 tspVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup Granulated Sugar, 9 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
mix wet and dry ingredients separately then slowly combine dry into wet and mix.
put a 1/4 of mix into a greased and floured bundt pan, sprinkle 3 tsps of sugar on top, and 1 tbls cinnamon.
Repeat so there are 3 layers of cinnamon and sugar and finish with the last 1/4 of the batter.
Bake at 325 for 70 minutes, start checking at 60 minutes.
Done when tooth pick comes out clean.
Serving Size: 16 slices
