    I amended this recipe slightly to make it vegan (I used soy milk), used pumpkin I cooked myself, and sweetened with brown sugar instead of Splenda. But this recipe gave me the idea to begin with! I found 9 small ice cubes did the trick for me. I'll be having this again! - 10/14/08
