Gluten Free Flax Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour*1/2 cup ground flax seed1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. allspice1/2 cup maple syrup*1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree1 large egg1/4 coconut milk (or any other kind)1/4 cup water1 tbsp. vanilla1/3 cup coconut oilOPTIONAL:1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup chopped walnuts*I used a mixture of sorghum, coconut and brown rice. Use your favorite mix of gluten free flours OR regular flour.*I used a mixture of agave, honey and maple syrup. I bet liquid stevia would work well too i just didn't have any on hand.
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl. Mix both together and place in muffin sheet. Cook at 400 for 25-30 minutes
