Bread Machine Multigrain Raisen Bread

10 oz buttermilk1 1/4 tsp sea salt2 1/2 T butter3 T honey1/3 C carrots, shredded1/3 C wheat germ1/3 C oatmeal, old fashioned dry3 T wheat, cracked2 T flax seed meal1 1/2 C flour, whole wheat white1 1/2 C flour, all-purpose unbleached2 T sugar1/4 tsp baking soda3 tsp yeast, bread machine1/2 raisens
1. Measure ingredients into pan in order listed
2. Process on dough setting
3. Turn out on lightly floured surface - knead 10 times
- Shape into loaf - place in oiled pan - spray top of
loaf with oil - cover with plastic - let rise 60 min.
- pre-heat oven to 350F for 30 min.
4. Bake 350 F for 30-35 min.
5. Remove from oven and cool on rack for 10 min.
6. Remove from pan and cool completely resting on
side.
7. Store in air tight container.
