Stir Fried Rice

Ingredients
5 cups cooked white rice1 chicken breast, diced small2 zucchini, julienned2 carrots, julienned1 cup green beanssoy saucesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place canola oil in wok shaped pan. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. season chicken with salt and pepper. Drain out juice if desired. Add vegetable and cover. Cook until almost tender, about 6-7 minutes.
Add rice, cold rice works better, and mix together. Add soy sauce and more pepper to taste. stir and cover. Cook until warmed through, about 5 minutes. Serve.
