*Bertolli Alfredo Sauce, 2 cup (remove) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) Garlic, 2 tsp (remove) Shrimp, raw, 25 large (remove) Lobster, broiled (3 oz. cooked), 1 serving (remove) Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 0.50 tsp (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Barrila Whole Grain Penne- 2 oz serving, 6 serving (remove)
Cook pasta according to instructions on the box add fresh broccoli
Warm oil
Add shrimp, onions, garlic,Mrs. Dash Mix well
Add sauce let i boil 5min
Add cooked lobster (w/out shell)
Let boil until every thing is warm threw and shrimp has turned pink
Drain pasta
Mix sauce w/ lobster and shrimp to pasta toss and server
