Lentil & Brown Rice Taco Filling

Ingredients
.75 cup brown rice.75 cup lentilsone packet of taco seasoning4 cups water
Directions
Put all the ingredients in your heavy saucepan and bring to a boil. When it boils, lower to a simmer and cover tightly. Let it simmer for 45-50 minutes until the rice and lentils are soft and the liquid is absorbed.
