Oats (flour), 14 grams Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
mash banana into paste, add oats flour, and egg, (salt to taste). spoon into greased pan. 3-4 tbsp is a good size.
