Ingredients
0.25 tsp Allspice 2 Bay Leaf 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Rutabaga 5 oz Beef Neck bone for soup (yield after bone removed) 16 oz Angus Beef Stew Meat 12 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 3.5 serving Big Y Whole Tomatoes, unsalted, canned (by SUNNYGIRL28734)
Directions
simmer the soup bone, beef, onions, celery and boullion for 3 hours. Than add chopped carrots, rutabaga, diced potatoes, chopped cabbage, tomatoes, allspice bay leafs, salt and pepper and simmer 2 hours.
