Hashbrown Cassarole

Ingredients
4 cups HashBrowns1 cup Cheddar Cheese2.8 ounces Frenchs cheddar onions1 packet Brown gravy10 ounces Frozen vegetables16 ounces Ground Turkey1tsp Lowrys Seasoning Salt1tsp Garlic Powder3 tbls Light Olive Oil1 tbls Ground Pepper
Directions
Mix 4-cup hash bowns with olive oil and pepper.
Spray 9x13 baking dish press in hash browns.
Bake at 350 for 20-min
Brown ground turkey
Mix in brown gravy mix and 1-cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in frozen vegetables and cook on medium heat 5min
Mix in 1/2 cheddar onions and cheddar cheese
Pour this mixture over the hashbrowns
Bake at 350 for 20 min
Cover with remaining cheese and frenchs onions
Bake until cheese is melted.

Serve and Enjoy
