Mel's Cinnamon Apple Monkey Bread

Ingredients
1can essential everyday home style Texas styles biscuits (10biscuits) each cut into 4 pieces1 small gala apple cut into bite size cubesCinnamon sugarSmart squeeze buttery spread
Directions
Put approx 1 Tbsp smart squeeze in a non stick pan add apples and coate with cinnamon auger, cook apples until tender

Preheat oven to 350F

Cut all biscuits into 4s

In a large bowl add biscuit piece to smart squeeze and cinnamon sugar, coat all pieces.

Coat baking pan with Pam, add a single layer of the coated biscuit pieces, add apples, then top with remaining biscuit pieces. Sprinkle again with cinnamon sugar (if desired).

Bake until top of biscuits are lightly golden.
