Chicken Taco Crockpot Stew

1 can diced tomato (14.5 oz)1 can dark red kidney beans (14.5 oz)1 packet taco seasoning1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast or tenderloincrushed red pepper flakes to taste
Pour tomatos in crockpot, add taco seasoning packet and pepper flakes, stir. Gently fold in beans including liquid. Put chicken (frozen or thawed) in crockpot with bean/tomato mixture. make sure chicken is sunk into liquid. Cook on high for 4-5 hours. Can leave chicken whole or you can use 2 forks to shred it into smaller pieces.
