Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 2 cupsWalnuts, 2 cup, grounded in food processorCashew Nuts, dry roasted, 2 cup, grounded in food processorCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup Honey, 0.25 cup Raw agave nectar, 0.25 cupShredded Coconut (unsweetened), 1 cupPeanut Butter, smooth style, 1.5 cup Protein powder of your choice (vanilla flavor), 1.5 scoops cold water, 0.5 cup
Mix everything very well. The mixture will be sticky. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into small balls. Then freeze the prepared balls (I use a plastic container). You'll end up with about 42 balls.
