Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients
cauliflower, pulsed in food processor to size of ricemixed vegetables to taste (onion, frozen peas, chopped cabbage, diced celery, etc.)garlic2 eggs6 large shrimp3 oz. cooked chicken breastblack peppersoy saucecoconut oilsesame oil
Directions
saute all veggies in coconut oil on high heat until tender
Season with pepper, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil
continue cooking while adding eggs, stir to scramble with veggies
add cooked shrimp and chicken before serving
